By accessing or using GrowthForge via Android or Web, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse GrowthForge services, interfere with servers or networks, attempt reverse engineering, or transmit harmful or malicious software code.

4. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the settings menu or the account deletion web page. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable use standards.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

GrowthForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
